Joe Peck, with his son David, milks 100 registered Holsteins at Peckhaven Farm, a Dairy of Distinction, near Saratoga Springs, New York.
Joe is the second generation on the farm. In fact, according Joe, he was born in the farm house and spent his first few days sleeping in a drawer because the crib was lent out.
Joe always helped on the farm and started farming in 1960 when he returned from college at Cornell.
