Joe Peck, a Cornell University graduate, Certified Toastmaster, and humorous speaker, milks 100 registered Holsteins on Peckhaven Farm in Saratoga County, NY, in partnership with his son David. The farm is both a Century Farm and Dairy of Distinction.
Joe’s optimism, sense of humor, and farm experience helped him become a popular speaker, farm humorist and accomplished writer of humorous stories about farm life. His writings have appeared in the American Agriculturist, Agri-Mark Journal, and Agricultural News Serving Eastern New York.
